Police are appealing for information following an incident in Andover.
At some time between 5.30pm and 7pm on Sunday, September 2, a 5-year-old girl, who was dressed in a bright pink jumper, a blue t-shirt, black leggings, white socks and black shoes, was in the area of Dexter Square and Cowdrey Square. She was approached by a male described as being aged in his teens, wearing a blue t-shirt and riding a blue bike.
